About the role
With our own roasteries and over 700 café partners across the country, we’re on the hunt for a brand custodian who will bring our vision to life across Australia. If you love working with premium brands, championing partnerships and are passionate about hospitality this one’s for you.
Through market strategy, PR, brand activation & execution and product portfolio management this role oversees:
Building a national marketing and activation plan that adapts and aligns with global brand strategy .
Support the strengthening of wholesale relationships and acquisitions by driving quality of enquiry through brand related activity
Build strong community connections with best-in-class brand activations and collaborations across both consumer and wholesale channels in line Allpress partnerships and brand guidelines.
Support the consumer and commercial growth ambitions of our DTC channel through promotional and loyalty-based executions.
Lead, develop and coach direct report to develop and growth their capability and perform in line with the Allpress Leadership ethos, vision, and values.
Participate as part of the Australian leadership team at a strategic and commercial level.
About you
A seasoned Brand lead with a passion for premium brands and the hospitality industry, you’ll have strong marketing execution skills and be passionate about empowering our customers and forging growth through brand performance and consumer connection. You’ll be a creative thinker with a passion for innovation and pushing boundaries in brand marketing ideally with a deep appreciation for the craft of coffee and the ability to create meaningful connections with customers and partners.
To nail this role you’ll need:
3-5 years’ experience in a brand leadership role within the coffee, hospitality or FMCG industry.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing successful marketing strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate teams.
Demonstrated expertise in brand activation and PR, with a knack for storytelling and building meaningful connections.
Experience in developing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market penetration, including utilising market data / analysis to identifying opportunities, and crafting innovative approaches to stay ahead of industry trends.
Planning and execution experience from conceptualising to implementation. Strong cross-functional experience across marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Previous demonstration of innovative, engaging and intentional ways to activate brands, across multiple touchpoints that resonate with our target audiences and reinforces our brand identity.
Understanding and deployment of PR strategies to amplify a brand story and connect with consumers on a deeper level. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, ambassadors, and industry stakeholders to generate value, exposure and coverage.
Proven track record in delivering strong brand performances across B2B and B2C channels, enhancing brand perception, customer growth, loyalty, and market share.
