What's the one thing content creators, influencers, brands and talent agencies all have in common to stay on top of their game?
Enjoying damn good coffee, morning, noon and night. At least that's what we're telling ourselves anyway.
We were thrilled to be a part of NZ Creator Con 2024, the largest conference in New Zealand dedicated to the creator economy and influencer marketing. Held at the Pullman Hotel in early July, the event brought together hundreds of creators and over 250 brands and agencies for a vibrant hub of innovation, creativity, and collaboration.
Aotearoa New Zealand is a land of storytellers and NZ Creator Con is passionate about showcasing these stories across various platforms. The event highlighted New Zealand’s unique ability to foster collaboration among creators, talent agencies, and brands, ensuring our content remains at the forefront of the global stage. Keynote speakers from TikTok, Meta, and Futureverse shared insights and trends in the multi-million-dollar creator economy, providing invaluable knowledge to all attendees.
As the main coffee partner for the event, we were dedicated to keeping the creative energy flowing from morning 'til night. We wanted to enhance the experience, showcasing our commitment to specialty coffee and our brand values of creativity, innovation, and premium quality.
Morning Energiser: Allpress Coffee Bar
We kicked off the day with our Allpress Coffee Bar, serving our exceptional specialty coffee to the vibrant community of creators. Our mission was to brew better days for these inspiring individuals, fueling their creativity and passion with every cup.
Lunchtime Refreshment: Iced Brew Cart
During lunch, our Iced Brew Cart on the balcony became a hotspot. We featured cold brew options like Iced Black and Iced Latte with infused cinnamon oat milk, providing a refreshing pick-me-up. Attendees enjoyed their iced brews while networking in our coffee lounge, discussing the morning’s sessions, and forming new connections.
Afternoon Delight: Affogato Session with Island Gelato
In the afternoon, we teamed up with our friends at Island Gelato for a delightful affogato session during the TikTok Creators networking event. The pairing of Island Gelato’s vegan Toasted Coconut Gelato with our Allpress Iced Specialty Coffees (Black, Mocha, Latte) was a hit, offering a perfect boost for the long day of activities.
Evening Indulgence: Coffee Cocktail Bar
As the day transitioned into evening, our coffee bar transformed into a cocktail bar, showcasing two bespoke handcrafted coffee cocktails - the Cherry Kir Royale and the Boulevardier, both infused with our iconic Allpress Espresso Blend. These unique cocktails were a big hit, perfectly complementing the Pullman Hotel’s exquisite food offerings, including an oyster sashimi bar, smoker BBQ, and a dessert area with over 15 varieties of cakes and sweets.
Creating Fun Moments
Throughout the day, we aimed to create fun and memorable moments. From a morning photobooth to a giant neon mirror, we ensured that the event was not only about great coffee but also about creating joyful experiences for everyone involved.
We were stoked to keep everyone caffeinated and inspired with our signature flavours throughout NZ CreatorCon. Meeting and connecting with incredible creators like Genevieve Holder(_genevieve_mora), BeastChild(bstchld), Lisa Perese-Cullen(lisaperesecullen) was a highlight, and our heartfelt thanks go to the event organisers, Pullman Hotel, Island Gelato, and Liberty Styling for their support in making this event a success.
